My Thoughts
Great bang for the buck. While not a cheap wine, it’s got all the thrills and chills of a $100 Napa Cab. Great for an easy drink or with your big fatty grilled meats! Only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because it still needs a little more time in bottle, maybe two years. The acidity is still a tad high, but that wouldn’t stop be from buying a case and enjoying it on a regular basis.

What does it smell like?
Juicy Blueberries, Caramel, Vanilla, Black Licorice, Fresh Earth and Oak

What does it taste like?
Super juicy blueberries, Pepper, Caramel, Vanilla with a long finish of the pepper and blueberries

Despite the high acidity, this is a well-balanced wine and with a little more time the balance will remain with softer acids, tannins and alcohol. Again, this is a $100 Napa Cab in a $30 Napa Cab bottle.
